Our culture

GSL honour the values and behaviours of our team that contribute to the unique social and psychological environment of our organisation.  
We accept that our culture is representative of our expectations, experiences, philosophy, and our values that hold everything together, and believe that this is expressed in our self-image, inner workings, interactions with community, stakeholders, and future expectations. It is based on our collegial shared attitudes, beliefs, customs, and written and unwritten policies and procedures that have been developed over time and are considered valid. 

We will demonstrate this in:

1. The way the organisation conducts its business, treats its employees, customers, clients and the wider community;

2. The extent to which autonomy is allowed in decision making, developing new ideas, and personal expression;

3. How information flow through our hierarchy, and

4. Our joint commitment towards the organisation’s collective objective.
